Programme Manager Customer Transformation

Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year

Customer Contact Transformation is a key element of our client’s transformation portfolio, which will deliver a shift in strategy and enable an effortless joined-up experience for their customers – regardless of channel choice.

To support them on this journey we’re looking for a proven Programme Manager, or Senior Project Manager, who has delivered large-scale transformation within a contact centre environment. Please note this is a hybrid working role and is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

The Successful Candidate Will

As the lead for this transformation programme, you’ll work closely with Business Analysts to scope out the programme and requirements, through to achieving sign-off for the business cases, standing up the projects, and leading the delivery. These projects will encompass a range of customer contact strategies, including contact centre, web, chat, email, retail. This is a high profile programme with budget in place coupled with board level buy-in and support.

Our Client Is Looking For

Given the nature of the role, we’re looking for a proven Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager with well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills who can bring:

• Proven ability to lead and deliver customer contact transformation projects.
• A ‘tool box’ approach to programme/project management, recognising different methodologies and approaches will suit different projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, matrix management, and communication skills as you’ll be engaging with contact centre staff through to board-level.
