A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the Project Management function for a key customer within a corporate services portfolio. The Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager will be responsible for liaising with both operation teams across a portfolio of circa 30 sites and engineering experts across the business.

Role Responsibility
• Foster long term profitable relationships with customer to maintain existing business and identify new business opportunities by delivering operational excellence
• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers to deliver small construction/life cycle projects from £25k to £350k in value.
• Liaising with service partners, in house account and delivery teams and client representatives to ensure the most appropriate technical solutions are implemented at best value.
• Functional owner of the reactive/planned Minor Works process, this process includes the procurement of site spares where there is a requirement to develop a parts/spares strategy across all sites using common spares and maximising volume procurement
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment for our teams and customers by ensuring processes are followed and gaps identified and escalated to resolution
• Be responsible for account project delivery performance and leading a management team to ensure delivery against Key Performance Indicators
• Demonstrate a high level of leadership and act as change agent
The Ideal Candidate
• HND/Degree in a relevant building services/surveying/engineering or project management discipline or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience of Project, Programme and Change Management
• Experience in the management of multi-disciplinary supply chains
• Achieve set, standards and operate to performance criteria; for example health and safety, hygiene
• Experience of working within security restricted environments.
