Salary: £90,000 per year
Programme Manager required to lead the digital transformation programme of internal systems and platforms for this Media company.
Managing their technology roadmap – key projects include roll out of a new finance system, new data warehouse and BI Platform, business process automation and system integration.
The job will be operating at all levels including senior stakeholders and will require use of both agile and traditional project management / PMO methodologies, tools and techniques as you deem appropriate.
Clear communication will be critical. You will be driven, a positive attitude, curious with a desire to learn, and have an ability to be pragmatic. Prior experience delivering technology change for critical teams such as finance or sales is ideal.
Location: Remote based or can be hybrid if prefer – will be required to attend some meetings in Tunbridge Wells in person
Salary: To £90,000 + bonus + benefits including Private Healthcare, Pension, Life Assurance, Training & Development
They require:
Prior experience in project / program management in software development / technology.
Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams.
Strong verbal and written communications skills combined with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have led large scale technology/digital projects end-to-end with multiple partners requiring change management and communication.
Able to run multiple initiatives and execute at tactical project level tasks.
Management Consulting or similar experience.
Strong eye for business and credibility to identify risk, manage it and anticipate the impact of business events on leadership needs.
Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
Understanding of technology concepts and can learn new technologies quickly.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time
Experienced of successfully delivering board level sponsored projects / programmes
Experience of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices, and the ability to blend them according to the needs of the project
Experienced in effective supplier management and negotiation
Track record of project leadership across business functions and with multiple stakeholders
