Production Supervisor

Salary: £26,910 per year

We have an exciting opportunity to join a small friendly company who are looking for a permanent production supervisor!

Your Time at Work
– To support the general manager with various duties including planning of work, organizing the workshop, liaising with office staff, ensuring work is completed within a timely manner.
– Involving yourself with the daily manufacturing tasks. (This will involve using workshop equipment such as chop saws, pillar drills and air hand tools)
– Produce parts from technical drawings
– Completing goods in paperwork
– Picking & packing
– Occasionally delivering goods to customers

Our Perfect Worker
– Must have previous warehouse/manufacturing experience.
– Ideally have previous supervisory experience although this is not a necessity.
– Must have a full UK Driving license.
– Counter balance or forklift license (not necessity)
– Must be flexible to work longer hours during busier periods

Key Information and Benefits
– Salary will be reviewed and increased depending on how well the successful candidate performs during the first initial few months of the role.
