This company is a market leader in their industry, producing a well known brand of products. They are developing their production process to meet the needs of a new contract. Due to this they are seeking individuals to lead and motivate their manufacturing teams as well as acting as acting as mentors to develop the potential in their people.
The role will involve Floor Walking, people management, participation in taste panels as well as managing the production process itself through GMP audits..
