Production Leader – Pharmaceutical

International Pharmaceutical Manufacturer based in Hertfordshire requires a Production Shift Leader on a 24/7, 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

The main function of this role is to manage specific processes within the operation of Pharmaceutical Production equipment in compliance with cGMP, product licences, H&S standards, and KPIs.

As the Process Leader of a designated process, you will foster and drive an environment of continuous improvement ensuring that all quality and productivity targets are consistently achieved through the optimum use of resources in a safe environment.

You must use effective communication skills with all team members to be able to analyse issues and effectively problem solve, thereby communicating instructions and implementing any changes that may be required.

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering on key production targets, have a working knowledge of regulatory compliance and health and safety. They must also have excellent organisational skills and be capable of developing individuals and teams within the section.

The ideal candidate will possess a scientific degree or appropriate pharmaceutical experience and in-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
