Production Scheduler

Production Scheduler, Hull, £25,000, 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 hour days, 5.15am start

Arlington Moore is working on behalf of a successful manufacturing company based in Hull who is now looking to appoint a Production Scheduler.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player, who can work accurately and efficiently to tight deadlines, in what can be a pressurized, but highly rewarding role. The role is to plan the daily production schedule / manage and plan resources to deliver the daily plans, in order to hit productivity and customer service targets.

Reporting to the Senior Planner you will be responsible for the following;

* Collating sales orders and forecast data, and supporting the Planning Team in setting the daily production plan. Ensuring the plan is achievable – taking in to account any material / capacity constraints
* Entering the production requirements, ensuring 100% accuracy
* Collating sales order data to set the daily/weekly production plan and to communicate the production plan to relevant parties
* Maintenance of the finished stock sheets, ensuring that stock is available to meet all orders in full and on time and that minimum stock levels are maintained
* Schedule the lines to ensure the most efficient plan is presented, in order to hit pull out times for deliveries to the customer
* Work alongside the Material Scheduler to ensure all Materials are consumed within life constraints
* Provide daily updates to the Management team on plan attainment / orders v forecast / issues / other kpi’s
