Production Operative

Do you have a good eye for detail? Are you efficient and accurate in your work? Do you enjoy working as part of a team?

Our client, a highly ambitious nutritional supplements contract manufacturer, is looking to employ four Production Operators. In joining the Production Team, you will be assessing various products and aiding in the production by mixing and dispensing, tableting and coating.

Main responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day operations (mix/dispense, tableting, coating)
• Setting-up and maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Clean testing and manufacturing equipment
• Ensure manufacturing parameters are met for all products
• Sustain accurate records (daily sheets, log books)
• Reporting any problems to the Production Manager and Supervisors

The successful candidate would preferably have production experience, although full training will be given. You will be self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work as part of a team or on your own. You will have good literacy and numeracy skills whilst enjoying a fast pace, dynamic, challenging and team orientated work place.

The ideal candidate must have the drive to perform tasks accurately and efficiently as to maintain the GMP standards of the laboratory and to keep production loss to a minimum. It should also be highlighted that due to the nature of the business, both personal and facility cleanliness is essential.
