Production Operative

As a leading supply and manufacturing company we are looking for a Production Operator to join our Production Team. This is a key role within this innovative company. Your responsibilities will include: Operation of plant and equipment (various levels of complexity), in order to mix, manufacture, transfer and pack product. Collecting, accurately weighing and blending as per formulation as required with accurate labelling, note taking and record keeping. Handling/ manufacturing products and raw materials by complying with the information within the MSDS’s, risk and COSHH assessments. Adherence to daily check routines / planned schedules. Ensure that when products are transferred to other Departments, they are in a suitable “fit for purpose” condition that meets the customer’s expectations. You will have experience within a manufacturing environment. Operation of some more detailed plant operations, experience of manufacturing processes and some technical knowledge of production processes. Own transport is essential due to location.
