Production Controller / Project Engineer

We are looking for a production controller working towards project engineer with 5 years external customer service experience in liasing with clients and providing information and answers. You will be managing customer orders in the manufacturing process of heavy plant/steel parts in the SUB SEA and NUCLEAR industry, some orders take 12 months or more to complete, we need someone who can manage the process on the shop floor and then from the office communicate to customers how thier order is progressing from an engineers point of view, with politeness, good call handling manner and good problem solving and discussion skills.
