Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is seeking an experienced Production Administrator
Main function of role:
The primary function is to support the Production Office in processing orders, providing updates to sales co-ordinators and accounts managers, and providing additional administrative support as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Greet and assist visitors and provide refreshments when needed
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, generating reports, copying, scanning etc.
Receive and respond to emails
Update job statuses and planned completion dates on salesforce
Load job sheets into Job Flow
Manage the production inbox, coordinating responses and processing TBC updates and sales order changes on Job Flow
Liaise with sales team for updates on TBC’s and missing order information
Raising and chasing purchase orders
Liaise with suppliers and designers on work order updates
Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth progression of orders
Producing monthly and weekly production reports
Taking meeting notes and distributing assigned tasks
Supporting the production department with other administrative tasks if required
Skills:
Strong organisational skills with high level of attention to detail
Ability to manage a number of projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritise own workload
Strong communication skills
Well versed and/or ability to learn organisational programs (for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems)
