Salary: £60,000 per year
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity based in Manchester on behalf of one of our clients. This is a new role which will see the successful candidate introduce a new product to market. Experience of working within software as a Product Manager is essential.
The product will be launched towards the end of quarter two 2014. You will be involved in the development of the website, launch, market research and long term success of the software.
You will need to be passionate and enthusiastic about the product. We are also looking for a creative, innovative individual who can deliver great results on budget and within set deadlines.
Main duties to include:
Identify market trends and relate these to the development programme
Inspire colleagues and generate enthusiasm in others for achieving goals
Regularly communicate ideas both orally and in writing
Achieve optimum market penetration by producing a structured, effective plan
Analyse results to ensure success
Address any issues for concern and communicate to the team
Work with a team of software developers to implement ideas
Assist with the development of a new website which is user friendly and attractive
Look at SEO and improve rankings
We are looking for:
Experience of product launch within IT
A strong marketing background with experience of analysing market trends
Experience of SEO
An enthusiastic and passionate individual
Excellent communication skills
A flexible approach
A creative and innovative individual
Experience of managing a team
