Our client is a leading global distributor of electronic components and maintenance products and are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager with energy and enthusiasm. eSift are currently recruiting for an exciting role that has arisen within a prestigious and established global FTSE 250 organisation, to join the team as a Product Manager who has experience of E-Procurement.
Location: UK or Europe
Salary: Competitive with generous package
The Role
* Working cross-functionally with digital product owners, UX teams, agile development teams, customers, and the sales and marketing team to create and enhance eProcurement solutions that delight our customers
* Becoming a voice for the customers through ongoing customer discovery efforts, continuous feedback gathering, and championing customer needs
* Taking joint ownership of the procurement solutions roadmap with product owners by continuously monitoring customer and market feedback, and pain points, as well as keeping on top of commercial, market and product performance data and delivering and executing plans to keep customers satisfied with our RS procurement solutions
* Ensuring strategic alignment with business growth objectives and delivering a seamless customer experience for EMEA customers
Key requirements / person spec
* Product management experience
* Experience with e-procurement solutions
* An experienced leader in driving change and adapting and evolving digital products
* Ability to develop technical product requirements
* Experience of owning and evolving a product roadmap based on a strong ability to understand customer needs
* Impactful communicator, able to work across a range of ideas
* Self-motivated, flexible and organised. Demonstrates the ability to prioritise workloads, multi-task and act on own initiative
* Ability to understand and work with sales teams to drive growth through value-based selling
* Good negotiation and influencing skills
