Key responsibilities of the Product Management Lead – Digital;

– Strategy; work closely with the Marketing Director to shape an exciting web strategy
– Website Content; work closely with the research team to source content to use on the website to highlight thought leadership
– Customer Journey; be responsible, in conjunction with the internal technical team, for site architecture and a customer`s journey, ensuring they have an easy and insightful experience
– Analytics; actively monitor the performance of the website, reporting on engagement, traffic & conversions
– Agency Management; maximise the benefit our client receives by closely managing agency partners
– Innovation; bring best practice and innovation to the role by constantly looking for the latest developments in web marketing

Skills & experience the Product Management Lead – Digital must have;

– Website Management/Product Management experience of a functional website/revenue generating website
– UX experience
– Experience of managing integrations between various platforms
– Ability to manage technical teams – familiarity of.Net and SQL servers
– Strong analytics & testing experience
– Good project manager who is able to bring people on-board with your ideas
– Gravitas to persuade others towards a new path

Salary & benefits for the Product Management Lead – Digital role;

£55 – 60,000 basic + 10% bonus
