Customer Management – Portuguese Speaking

Our client is looking for a bi-lingual customer service professional to join their team in the maintenance of new and existing Managed Access Patient Programmes.

You will be responsible for managing healthcare professionals’ requests for critically needed machines through the Company’s internal order fulfilment processes; supporting the Programme Management Team in the delivery of contracted programmes in line with budget, time and client needs; and ensuring the adherence to program specifications and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and/or other relevant qualification and must be fluent in Portuguese

Must have proven customer service experience within a corporate environment and any experience within the medical/pharmaceutical sector would be a great advantage.
