The company
Our client’s SaaS platform connects the workforce in any organisation and focuses on mobile-first design and friendly UI, anyone can use the services with ease. The software provides a platform and system for communication, task and compliance management, as well as training tools for employees. And their product is in demand more than ever before.

The role
Reporting into and working closely with the Head of Product and a Senior Product Designer, you will not find a better opportunity to learn from the best and fast track your career as a Product Designer.

From day one you will assist on a number of new feature, UI/UX / Product design projects on their flagship platform which is used by some of the world’s most recognisable brands such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, North Face and a host of other well-known brands.

Under the aforementioned tutorage, you will gain hands on experience and gain new skills in Product Design and Product Development (Lean and Agile), and contribute to excellent UI heavy, intuitive, mobile first applications which helps retailer communicate and engage with their workforce globally.

This will include following a Lead product design process, utilising the existing component library where possible or, for new assets, work from inception / ideas, to prototyping and testing and UAT to ensure the product is slick, intuitive and seamless.

What’s required from you:

will either have current or previous experience as Product Designer, or you will have a good background in UI/UX design and keen to move into Product Design.
Personality and attitude is key, and you must be communicative, personable and have a keen desire to want to learn
Whilst the team are hugely supportive and have a range of online collaboration tools, the role is mostly remote and would suit a Product Designer who prefers to work remotely but capable of coming to the London office 1 -2 times per month
