The Role
Reporting into the Commercial Director and leading two direct reports you will have overall responsibility for the Indirect Procurement strategy and successful delivery. This will be a varied role that you will give you the autonomy to build relationships within the business and work towards delivering an efficient & effective procurement service. You will constantly look for ways to improve through reviewing processes, engaging with the market and making informed recommendations to the Senior Management team.
What you’ll need to succeed
An experienced Procurement professional at Manager or Head of level, you will be comfortable delivering indirect procurement projects and strategies across a variety of category and contract areas. You will have the ability to build relationships and influence multiple stakeholders and experienced in leading direct reports. With a strong commercial acumen you will have clear evidence career to date of category and supplier management skills, process improvements and savings delivered.
