Process Engineer (Dry Etch)

My client, an industry leading electronics company have a fantastic Process Engineers job working with III-V Dry Etch processes at their facilities based in Northamptonshire.

The responsibilities of the Process Engineers job in Northamptonshire will be the smooth running of the III-V Dry Etch processes with the aim of maintaining and improving the processes offering production process support in order to minimise scrap and cycle time whilst supporting the Operators within the Wafer Fabrication area. Other responsibilities include analysing tools and process data with continuous improvements based on SPC and Six Sigma, ensuring high levels of tool availability and assisting Equipment Engineers with fault finding and recovery of process tools.

The ideal candidate for the Process Engineers job in Northamptonshire will be at least HNC/ Degree educated in a Semiconductor discipline or have 3 years of relative experience in a Process Engineering role within the industry. The candidate must also have worked within a high-technology manufacturing environment as well as have experience of computer controlled semiconductor processing equipment or vacuum systems.
