Process and Administration: Triage Manager

My client, a high profile, rapidly changing organisation, is currently looking for an experienced Manager to lead an established administration team responsible for receiving, prioritising, processing and approving, or escalating, a high volume of applications from businesses and individuals.

The suitable candidate for this role will have experience working in a financial or high transactional or highly regulated environment and will probably come from a compliance, business transformation or senior administration background. You should have experience of managing large teams (20+ people) and possess extensive stakeholder management experience.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality, cohesive regulatory decisions and outcomes and delivering excellent levels of service to customers and stakeholders, both internal and external.

You will be looking after a team of 26 people and will need to have appropriate experience to ensure the function is supported in terms of the necessary skills, resources, process and systems, as well as possessing the ability to motivate and challenge a large team of administrational staff.

Experience of process ownership and improvement is key. You will be responsible in the role for ensuring processes are implemented consistently across the division and are continually reviewed and improved where necessary.
