Are you a Principal R&D Engineer coming from a background in semiconductors or PIC design looking to be the technical lead on the development of state of the art products and new technologies for an international market leader?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a high technology provider whose main customer base includes Cisco, Microsoft and Google while working on the development of new technologies that will be the next generation of state of art electronic and telecommunications products.

This role will allow you to be the technical lead on the development of state of the art products using the most up to date technology available in the world. As well as new product work you will also be researching new technologies for use in high technology solutions.

The company itself are a market leader within the telecommunications industry and supply to a long list of international blue chip clients such as Cisco, Google and Microsoft. Working at the forefront of technology to provide high-tech solutions in a fast paced industry the company are looking to solidify their position and maintain the current high standards they are renowned for.

This role would suit a Principal R&D Engineer looking to be the technical lead on new product development within an international market leading company.

The Role

* New product development of photonic device technologies
* PIC design in bespoke design software
* Researching new technologies for use in the next generation of telecommunication
equipment

The Person

* Principal R&D Engineer with a background in semiconductor or PIC design
* Qualified to Masters level or above in physics, electrical/electronic engineering or a related discipline
* Looking to develop high technology solutions for use in state of the art equipment
