Principal Designer

Salary: £26,000 per year

I am delighted to be working with a market leading consultancy business on the appointment of a Principal Designer to join their growing team.

As a Principal Designer you will take a lead role in the pre-construction phase of the projects undertaken by the business. You will work to ensure all aspects of the pre-construction, including design and necessary planning activities take place inline with CDM 2015 regulations.

This role requires an experience Principal Designer, who has extensive experience u working to CDM 2015 regulations. You will be able to take a lead role in the management of your own project load and be able to work closely developing relationships with stakeholders and the end clients in a number of projects across a number of sectors.
