The Principal Consultant role will evolve to incorporate responsibility for multiple clients, however the immediate project requirement is to design, implement and manage a paper cup recycling scheme across 5 European countries.

You will be responsible for but not limited to; Design and implement common systems and processes that can manage a paper cup recycling scheme in at least 5 European countries (Netherlands, Belgium, France + 2 tbc); Pro-actively and reactively collaborate with stakeholders to engage and on board major paper cup producing sites (particularly in ‘on-the-go’ environments) who have a requirement for a paper cup collection service; Establish and manage relationships with collection and reprocessing partners; Ensure a consistent level of customer service in every country in which the scheme operates, including the of provision of management information; Continually seek to identify solutions to improve the efficiency of the system.

In order to be considered for the role of Principal Consultant you will have; proven experience in managing and delivering projects in the resource management sector to strict timescales involving multiple stakeholders – ideally across multiple countries; Excellent understanding of the paper cup supply chain and recycling process, or at least an understanding of similar materials and/or disposable food & beverage packaging; Excellent communication and problem solving skills; Ability to speak Dutch, French or German highly desirable.
