Pre Litigation Manager

Salary: £26,000 – £54,000 per year

MCF Recruitment are delighted to be working with the UK’s premier, leading alternative dispute resolution service providers, operating across the UK & ROI supporting both SME & corporate clients within various sectors. 

As part of exponential growth due to a phenomenal 2021 and 2022 to date, we have been tasked with hiring multiple B2B Collections Specialists, based in Doxford Park, Sunderland.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Mediate with the customer on behalf of the client to ensure outstanding fees are paid. 
• Deal with invoicing queries
• Achieving KPIs on an ongoing basis
• Navigating customers through internal, unique processes
• Working towards tight deadlines whilst achieving targets
• Promote the business positively

Within the role you will be working closely with Senior Management and Directors, preferably you will have:

• Excel/PowerPoint experience.
• 2 years experience in credit control or collections.
• Confident and have a professional manner over the telephone.
• Able to deal with difficult clients.
• Work on your own initiative.
• Empathetic and professional nature
• The ability to work within a collection environment.

The role is full-time working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
