Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year
Kelburn Recruitment are working with the UK’s fastest growing and largest independent drinks wholesaler to appoint their PR & Communications Manager. Based in the Greater Manchester area you will be part of a fast paced and dynamic marketing and ecommerce team and will receive a competitive salary, 20% performance bonus, free car parking and company discounts. As the PR & Communications manager you will be driving brand awareness and delivering high quality comms for a mixture of B2B, B2C and internal audiences.
Working within a non-corporate environment and reporting to the Supply Centre Manager, as the PR & Communications Manager you will:
* Be an integral part of the team that covers the signature brands and pub divisions, with a key focus on the portfolio of carefully crafted creations and handpicked imports.
* Create, manage and execute brand launch plans.
* Oversee the communications strategy for a number of areas of the multi-faceted business.
* Pitch in feature suggestions to trade and consumer media.
* Be responsible for driving brand awareness, reputation management and ensuring streamlined timely comms are drafted and distributed with impact and intent.
* Copywrite for a mixture of internal, B2B and B2C audiences.
We are keen to speak to people about this PR & Communications Manager role with the following skills and experience:
* Demonstrable experience working in a PR, marketing and communications role.
* Mix of B2B and B2C PR experience, working with both trade and consumer media.
* Exceptional copy writing and attention to detail.
* Experience of working with FMCG brands and with a passion for the drinks industry.
Currently the company employ over 850 people, with 14 depots across the UK as well as a Support Centre, based in Chadderton, Manchester. With over 50 pubs of their own plus experience in the wholesale industry, they understand the market from both sides.
