Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year

Role: Communications Manager
Location: WFH/London Office
Our client is a leading global provider of analytics and solutions in the EdTech sector.
This role is part of the Communications Team, responsible for protecting and strengthening our client’s brand and thought-leadership positioning.
The role
* Working closely with the Communications Director to manage and implement the communications strategy
* Developing the required expertise and sectorial knowledge to become a credible and authoritative Spokesperson
* Persuasively communicate our client’s leadership role as a performance insight provider and intelligence partner supporting university excellence across the world
* Develop PR assets such as press releases, blog posts, and briefing notes for rankings and ratings launches, partnership announcements, product news, and other events through a clear and concise writing style
* Meeting press goals and driving global or regional coverage
* Manage relations with PR personnel at universities and providing them with the assets required to promote their performance.
* Contribute to the creation of a thought-leadership program by driving keynotes, data reports, awards, and opinion articles in key priority markets with great proactivity and creative thinking
* Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer case studies for PR usage
* Develop partnerships with reputable media and other relevant organizations
* Contribute to the company’s crisis management procedures.
* Develop talking points for management and employees, as required
* Produce compelling reports based on PR analytics
* Contribute to the delivery of Awards & Conference, leveraging the PR potential of this high-profile and influential initiative
We’d love to hear from you if you have all or most of the following:
* Demonstrated experience in Public Relations
* PR writing skills and creative flair, including a demonstrated history of using data and insights to power thought leadership and media conversations
* Project management skills, with a track record for developing trusted relationships with the press
* Experience coordinating PR campaigns and working cross-functionally with other teams
* Experience in the strategic planning process of PR campaigns
* Previous experience in higher education/EdTech PR is appealing but not crucial
