Role Description
Acting as a Portuguese Speaking Market Research Interviewer, you will be working on a wide variety of business to customer market research projects across various markets, on Behalf of European leading companies in the Portuguese market. Your main focus and responsibility would be to contact business prospects and conduct market research through telephone interviews – both quantitative research and qualitative research campaigns.
Person Specification
The candidate who is successful for the Portuguese Speaking Market Research Interviewer, will be able to speak Portuguese up to a Native level and have previous Business to Business B2C market experience from either a market research, telesales, telemarketing, call centre environment. The successful Candidate will also have good I.T skills, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and quick keyboard skills. You will also have previous experience of working in a call centre environment with a good telephone manner.
