Italian speaking Customer Service Advisors

Location: West Gloucestershire

Salary: £26,000per year

Minimum qualifications or skills: minimum GCSEs grade A*-C in Maths and English or equivalent; own transport highly desirable due to the location.

Work experience required: previous customer services experience an advantage, however the company do offer good training and support.

Hours: Full Time up to 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday

This well-established, highly successful and continually developing international client has several sites in the UK, one of which is based in West Gloucestershire.
They are now recruiting for Italian speaking Customer Service Advisors.

This role will be predominantly telephone-based, providing a quality first point of contact for our client’s customers. The main duty will be to answer any queries quickly and efficiently to ensure complete customer satisfaction, but will also involve a reliable administrative effort to assist in updating the internal database accordingly.

Due to the nature of the role, ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, enjoy providing a superb customer service to customers and will thrive on working within a busy environment. Previous customer service and administration experience is ideal, either via the telephone or face to face.
