The Company:
Our client is a well-established company with international links.

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and logistics support.

The Role:
– To respond to customer enquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
– To offer advice on company’s services and products
– To liaise with couriers and transportation companies to arrange conveyance
– To ensure compliance with country regulations
– To provide competitive quotations to customers
– To manage the administration for each case and update customers on a regular basis
– To attend events meetings with clients on-site when required

The Candidate:
– Fluent in Portuguese OR Russian – Essential
– Previous experience in Customer Service – Essential
– Previous experience in Logistics – Beneficial
– Proactive, confident and empathetic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player
– IT literate

The Salary: up to £34,000 p.a. + Benefits
