The company:

One of our clients, an innovative, dynamic and successful IT company bringing real innovation to their customers through technology, changing the way cash moves across operations and the ways in which businesses connect their cash management systems.

They are looking for a Sales Executive with a proactive approach to support the Sales Managers in their role to maximize revenues, from sales of the company’s products and services through a base of distributors. You have to be proactive, with great customer care and communication to support the partners throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

* Assist Sales Managers in proactively managing all aspects of customer accounts; liaising with other departments when required.
* Serves as the primary point of contact with some partners and/or customers, providing customers with updated delivery information, managing and responding to customer complaints, and ensures partner or customer satisfaction.
* Accountability and full sales ownership of defined accounts

* Actively supports the Sales Manager to market the product range, distributes marketing communications and supports exhibitions as required
* Manages the day-to-day sales cycle for customers and assists the Sales Manager to optimise sales and profitability
* Proactively manages customer accounts, ensuring timely acknowledgement of customer orders, managing order quotations in agreement with the Sales Manager and modifications to existing orders.
* Identifies and escalates technical issues, ensuring that these are resolved through the appropriate channels.
* Any other tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and that of the department.
* Travelling around 20%-30% across EEMEA countries.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Business related degree would be ideal
* Some corporate and customer facing work experience, ideally in a sales environment

* Strong commercial acumen.
* Fluent in English & French is a must
* Portuguese or Spanish or Arabic would be a plus
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and numeracy skills.
* Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
* Good negotiating and conflict handling skills.
* Self-starter, creative thinker and team player.
* Enjoys travel across the EEMEA region and is culturally sensitive and adaptable.
