PMO Analyst (Software Development) Financial Services 1 Year FTC

PMO Analyst to work for a leading FTSE100 organisation, due to a maternity absence and high volume of projects within their financial services division they are looking to take on a PMO Analyst to join their teams based in South East London on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract.

The nature of the role will be to be responsible for operating various PMO services and supporting the delivery and governance of projects. You will be Co-ordinating with the Divisional IT Portfolio Management Office to ensure divisional standards and processes are adopted within the Line of Business. You will also be involved in producing weekly management information on document throughput, requirements pipeline and resource scheduling from the project plan and other reporting mechanisms. You will also be supporting project planning and resource scheduling.

The ideal PMO Analyst will come from a PMO background with experience of project support/delivery and PMO duties. You will have Good knowledge of the principles of project management and PMO function.

Knowledge of portfolio management offices versus programme and project offices. This role is within a divisional Portfolio Management Office.

Experience within an IT environment (preferably insurance or financial services industry) and experience governing/delivering IT projects. Need a hands on character with knowledge of hardware/software/systems would be of benefit.

Experience within project reporting, project governance, management information, resource management, change management and finances.
Knowledge and experience of MS SharePoint and SAP is important.
Prince2/MSP/P30/ITIL accreditations would be advantageous.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a FTSE100 Powerhouse, who offer a fantastic structured career path.
