We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plasterer to join our maintenance team. If you have expertise in plastering and a passion for contributing to the overall well-being of customers, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing surfaces for plaster application by cleaning and smoothing.
• Applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using appropriate techniques.
• Repairing and patching damaged or cracked plaster.
• Ensuring a smooth and uniform finish on all surfaces.
• Collaborating with other maintenance professionals to address comprehensive property needs.
• Following safety guidelines and protocols during all plastering activities.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Providing excellent customer service to customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a plasterer, with experience in residential plastering.
• Knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
• Valid driver’s license.
