Salary: £14.4 – £14.7 per hour

Job Description – Plant Yard Assistant

Job Purpose

Hard working, reliable, hands on yard assistant for the plant yard. Reporting to the Yard Supervisor you will work efficiently and to Health & Safety standards. You will be part of a small friendly team in our busy depot.

Duties and responsibilities (inclusive of but not limited to)

· Helping load and unload lorries

· Picking site orders

· Repairing components

· General labouring duties

· General Housekeeping

· Checking Returns – return to stock

· Groundworks and Formwork experience would be an advantage but not essential

Qualifications

· Experience in Plant preferred but not essential

· Forklift Operator ticket preferred (we can provide training)

· Be practical and well organised

· Clean driving licence
