Photocopier / Printer Field Service Engineer
Coventry / Warwick
£20,000 to £25,000 dependant on experience
The position comes with a company car, laptop, smart phone and tools
Photocopier / Printer Field Service Engineer
The Role
Reporting to the Service Director you will be responsible for carrying out printer and copier services across the Coventry / Warwick region. Your main responsibilities will include:

To perform service and repairs to machines as directed by Service Admin
*
To deliver consumables
*
Deliver, install and demonstrate machines
*
To carry out MCP procedures on all calls including deliveries
*
To attend training courses and service meetings as requested
*
Perform workshop repairs and refurbishments as requested
*
Responsible for the completion of all service calls allocated to them
*
To protect stocks of parts and consumables in company vehicle
*
To look after the company property i.e. Vehicle, Tools etc.
*
To complete and return all necessary company documentation
*
To always promote company products and feed any relevant information back to the sales department
*
To assist in the general running of the business in any area deemed necessary by Manager/Director
*
To promote a positive company attitude and encourage staff to maintain a high level of moral, and to be courteous and respectful of fellow company personnel.
Photocopier / Printer Field Service Engineer
The Candidate
*
Previous experience within a similar printer / copier servicing role
*
You MUST have previous experience with Ricoh and Sharp printers
*
You MUST have a full UK driving licence
*
Experience with Lexmark or Riso is desirable but not essential
