LUXURY PERSONAL SHOPPER WANTED BY LUXURY GLOBAL RETAILER FOR ITS STORES IN HEATHROW AIRPORT. EXCELLENT £PACKAGE AND CAREER PROSPECTS.

My Client is a major global luxury retailer – one of the most sought after and renowned luxury retailers in the world that has a number of extremely successful stores in London.Due to this success they are now looking for sales associates who can offer the highest levels of customer service across their multi-brand offering.

Their boutiques, where you will be very active on the shop -floor dealing with customers and working with the team, are of the highest standard, and you must be someone who looks to reach and maintain those standards.

You will be someone who has worked within luxury retail, within menswear, womenswear,beauty or accessories, with an understanding of the service levels needed within the luxury environment.

You will have;
. Commercial awareness
*Ability to be pro-active and self-motivated
*Flexibility with hours to suit the business needs
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Basic knowledge of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
*Luxury brand sales experience within a retail environment
*In-depth knowledge of developing and implementing excellence in customer service and client relations

An ability to speak Russian, Arabic or Chinese would be helpful but not essential.
