Are you looking for more from your next driving job? If yes, then join our Wimbledon home delivery team as a ‘Customer Service Team Member’ (CSTM) and you’ll play a key part in offering our customers a market leading and multi award-winning service.

Duties for our CSTM’s include:

– Delivering groceries to customers in timed delivery slots

– Providing an outstanding customer service – you may at times have to think on your feet with queries from our customers

– You will be delivering in one of our preloaded 3.5t Mercedes Sprinter vans, driving up to 250 miles per day with the use of a Sat Nav. You will have between 10 and 28 drops per shift depending on your route. You will be delivering to our customers based mainly in London.

– As a CSTM you will work 40 hour weeks, with flexibility in being able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday’s for most weeks. You will be provided with a 13 week roster.

Key requirements for this role:
– Commercial driving experience
– Demonstrable customer service experience
– Have had no driving disqualifications in the last 10 years
– Have no more than 3 points currently on your driving licence

Salary: s (paid weekly):
– Monday – Saturday up to 6pm: £26,000 per year
– Monday – Saturday after 6pm: £26,000 per year
– Sunday – up to 6pm: £26,000 per year
– Sunday – after 6pm: £26,000 per year

Salary: s are reviewed after each full year’s service and increased 25p per year after year 1 (£26,000per year increase)
Our training period for the roles last 2 weeks, please note that there is a reduced training Salary: for this period.
