Salary: £72,000 – £102,000 per year
My client has multiple well-established Supported Living homes and Nursing Homes based in the South West with a great reputation for the support and nursing care they give. This particular position is in multiple well run adult residential homes and nursing homes in the South West and can boast that they are looking for someone to take overall responsibility for site leadership where a service is currently without permanent management. Required to manage people and resources to ensure high quality standards of care and service are delivered. Specialising in multiple areas of care it’s a great place to be… for residents and nurses.
They are recruiting for a Peripatetic Manager,you will be:-
* Working at multiple sites in the South West region.
* Providing emotional and functional nursing care and support to residents during day time hours
* Working full time hours.
* Be committed to the quality of the homes and effectively lead the homes.
* Be responsible and CQC management of the homes.
* Take control of the recruitment within the homes and compliance of the staff.
* Making sure staff are rostered in and fair with a good mix of staff.
* Keeping within budgets.
* Be main point of contact for Home Managers.
Skills / Background Needed
* Be living within the South West region.
* You need to be have had previous experience of managing multiple sites.
* Great level of care with an excellent track record needed
* Experience of working closely with the CQC.
