As well as the opportunity to manage a fantastic team within a top local authority, Randstad Care can offer the successful candidate an attractive hourly rate – £36 – £48++ per hour LTD

Responsibilities & Details:

-As the Service Manager you will lead and manage a team of experienced practitioners.You will be responsible for the development of your team and the results delivered by your team. You will work in partnership with other agencies and with our commissioned services to ensure the best possible outcomes.

-Monday to Friday/ 9.00am till 5.30pm

-£36 – £48 ++ per hour LTD

-2 month contract initially

-Start asap – subject to DBS and satisfactory references

To be considered for the role:

-Social Work Qualification (Dip, BA, MA etc.)

-You will have the ability to lead and manage a team of experienced practitioners to ensure a quality local service is delivered. You will be able to inspire, motivate and develop others whilst achieving the aims of the local authority

-Experience of liaising with multi agency partners

-Have a current HCPC registration
