Salary: £36,000 – £38,400 per year

Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with our national client in the search for a HR Advisor for a permanent opportunity. This role is based in Worksop offering up to £32000.
Do you have the confidence and experience to work in a fast paced environment where no 2 days are the same?
Are you CIPD qualified or working towards?

If so this role could be ideal for you! The HR Advisor will work within a busy and dedicated team, providing HR service to approx 950 employees. This is a fast moving environment so you need to have experience in managing relationships well with stakeholders and providing efficient HR advice on a range of queries.
§The HR Advisor will support the business in prepare and conducting investigations, disciplinaries, grievance, appeal and performance meetings to include a wide range of employee relations
§Advise and guide management on policies process, and update policies
§Manage HR for the weekly paid temporary employees
§Manage and report absence figures, analysing areas of improvements and suggesting initiatives to improve those numbers
§Support on adhoc HR project work – There is lots of exciting projects on the horizon for this People Advisor to be able to lead and support in!
