Pensions & Marketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pensions professional to contribute significantly to the definition of this growing organisation’s marketing communications strategy in conjunction with the Head of Marketing.

The position requires the individual to assist with the delivery of aspects of the marketing communications experience with a focus on the customer and third party experience

You will have previous Pensions experience including regulatory knowledge.

Substantial experience of corporate communications within financial services environment. Strong communication and report writing skills.

Excellent drafting, editing and proof-reading skills.

Sound planning and organising skills.

Thorough understanding of communications principles and processes.

Self-motivated, disciplined and organised. Good technical understanding of workplace pensions and other financial products essential.

If pensions experience is not to the required level, CF4 qualification will need to be obtained within 6 months of commencing the role and the PMI certificate in Pensions AE within 12 months.

As part of career development, job holder could consider obtaining R04 qualification as part of longer-term goals as well.

Ability to produce strong creative briefs.

Ability to work with databases and utilise CRM.

Experienced user of MS office products to intermediate/ advanced level.

Excellent creative copy writing skills.
