Payroll Manager (Hybrid) – West Sussex – £55000 + Benefits

A well known West Sussex based organisation is seeking to hire a Payroll Manager to join their busy team working on a hybrid basis.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate delivery of compliant payrolls for over 1000 employees and the day to day supervision, training and development of a team of 5. You will build external relationships with providers and review periodically to ensure that service level expectations are met.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Payroll Manager (CIPP qualification an advantage) with strong legislative knowledge, experience of payroll controls and payroll reporting / analysis.
