Payroll Implementation Consultant

Salary: £36,000 per year

Seeking people with good solid UK payroll expertise and an aptitude for systems for Payroll Implementation Consultant roles at all levels. If you are already working as a client facing payroll software implementation consultant, or you have payroll expertise in a payroll processing or payroll management role, contact us to find out about suitable opportunities.

Salary ranges from mid £36,000s for payroll people to be trained in consultancy, to mid £50ks for experienced consultants. Senior consultant roles at a higher level of salary are also available in the same company.

In these roles you will work from home as part of a supportive and collaborative team, hold video meetings with clients and sometimes meet face to face, and implement payroll solutions for varied clients and industries.

You will:

* implement payroll solutions for small and medium sized client companies in varied sectors – as your experience develops you will take on more responsibility and more complex projects

* meet clients remotely (mainly)and face to face (sometimes) for kickoff meetings and workshops

* analyse client business processes, document requirements for the new payroll HR solution

* hands on configure the software to meet client needs

* oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel runs

* troubleshoot issues and hand over to BAU support

* work on several client implementations concurrently

* build relationships with clients and users within client companies

* manage client relationships at all levels from senior to general user of the software

* work to deadlines and budgets to ensure timely and profitable implementations are completed

* be mentored and trained to succeed as consultant
