Implementation Consultant – Accounting

Implementation Consultant with some knowledge of accounting, ERP or payroll software – work for a software house / vendor, authors of their own products based in Bridgwater, working with their clients in the South West. This is an opportunity to have a major role in a small, but very successful local company working with a great team.

The company has been in the software business for 30 years and produce their own accounting, web, procurement, stock control, sales order processing, warehouse management and e-commerce business software solutions that sells very well in their small business niche market. The implementation life cycle is generally 5 – 20 man days, and the role will include requirements gathering, systems implementation, data transfer, go live and extensive client training. All their clients are in the South West, so no more trekking up the motorway to the North!

They are looking for a bright consultant with initiative who can handle all aspects of the implementation and training life cycle, and has previous experience of the SME business environment. You will need to demonstrate some knowledge of ERP, accounting or payroll software with Windows and Microsoft Office and good communication and client facing skills. As this is a small company, you should be flexible and happy to turn your hand to pre-sales or support where required and to go the extra mile.
