In this role, your primary focus will be seamless collaboration across departments—working closely with Operational Admin, field teams, accounts, and relevant departments. Prioritise and organise tasks efficiently to enhance our service delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to both engineers and colleagues
- To ensure escalation of any pending issue to ISS Management within the SLA agreement
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal customers
- Collating timesheets from engineers and manual data entry
- Processing engineers’ weekly timesheets using the Timesheet portal
- Accurate input of engineers’ overtime/standby pay into the variable monthly pay spreadsheets
- Accurate completion of all timesheets before the cut off deadline
- Calculation of engineering workforce overtime
- Following up on requests for support
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience in adhering to customer and business KPIs and SLAs
- Ensures the safety and wellbeing of themselves, their team and colleagues
- Demonstrates the ability to monitor and respond to short term work volume variations and ensure team functions are covered to meet the demand
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
