Payroll Administrator

Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a growing organisation based in Chertsey.

Due to the location, and no public transport to the office, the successful candidate will need to be a driver.

The Payroll Administrator responsibilities include:

  • Processing various aspects of payroll – Temp – Umbrella & Ltd Company Payrolls
  • Input hours in line with authorised timesheets, systems and logs and ensure correct timesheets are matched to invoices
  • Ensure receipt of weekly Limited Company/Umbrella invoices
  • Point of contact for payroll queries
  • Send out any requested pay slips by the end of the week
  • Updating candidates’ information on the system
  • Reconciliation and submission of payroll information
  • Manage weekly new starters and leavers ensuring that all starter, leaver and variations are updated in time
  • Ensure New Starter forms, required ID docs and completed contracts are correctly completed and processed effectively
  • Adhere to set deadlines.
  • Processing RTI/EPS/P60 & P45
  • Answering all telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Processing permanent placements
  • Noting & relaying messages
  • Assisting in various queries
  • Processing expenses
  • Any other duties as and when required

The Payroll Administrator must be:

  • Computer literate, Microsoft office proficient
  • Able to work with numbers in complex scenarios
  • A team player
  • Organised
  • Have good time management skills
  • Confident, driven and dedicated
