Parts & Workshop Support Controller

This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Ambitions Personnel who are acting as an employment agency.

We are currently recruiting for a Parts & Workshop Support Controller to work in a busy and varied role for our client based on the outskirts of Newark.

Your duties will include ordering and receiving goods into the stores, recording electronic data and administration of all paperwork, monitoring the parts supplied and the expected arrival dates, keeping a record of all stock, creating and maintaining relationships with all suppliers and liaising with the logistic department.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am until 4pm (40 hours)

The successful candidate should:

Have a good understanding of the motor industry

Parts and Stores experience is necessary

Good telephone manner

*
Good computer skills with attention to detail
