Parts Advisor – Park Royal

Parts Advisor –

Parts Advisor required for a leading contract, maintenance and fleet organisation. Working with one of the global leading manufacturers we are now looking for experienced Parts advisers.

You will be experienced in working with front and back counter, stores and dealing with extremely busy technicians and customers. Managing and supervising a team, working with the senior manager.

Main Purpose of Job

Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention (trade and retail)
Provide a profitable and efficient supply of parts to internal and external customersDuties and Responsibilities

Ensure all sales enquiries are answered to take advantage of all selling opportunities
Qualify customers and identify accurately customer requirements.
Greet all customers and serve promptly on arrival in the Parts Department
Locate and document the sale of parts, accounting for any money received
Ensure a fast and efficient delivery service
Input and extract information efficiently from the computer system
Be aware of and adhere to pricing, credit and discounting systems/process
Initiate and maintain links with customers, keeping records of contacts and orders.
