Parts Advisor

Parts Advisor required for a busy and growing parts department at a franchised site in Croydon.This is an established site looking to offer a wide range of stock to customers, bodyshops and independent dealers and therefore the successful candidate must have previous experience in a franchised motor dealership and have good communication skills and clear telephone manner.
The role will include liaising with retail, trade and workshop customers, monitoring parts stock levels, enquiries and staff management You must also be highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure and willing to deliver the high standards of customer service that both the group and manufacture demand. Good salary package of up to £26,400basic (depending on experience) and an OTE of £25000 is on offer for the right candidate and this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and dynamic motor group. Working week will be Mon-Fri with a half day on Saturday (on a rota basis)
