Parts Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Breeze Van Centre team in Poole. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

About the Parts Advisor role:

Hours: Mon- Fri 08:00 am – 5:30 pm. Saturday 8.00 am to 1.00 pm (1 in 3)

Responsibilities as ourParts Advisor will include:

• Being the face of Breeze, by delivering the highest standard of customer satisfaction
• Processing parts orders effectively and efficiently
• Accurately identifying customer parts requirements including associated items
• Maintaining accurate stock control
• Ensuring all stock is maintained in accordance with Volkswagen standards
• Fast accurate, price and availability of parts identified during the EVC process
• Obtaining payment in line with our strict policy
• Being the main liaison between the workshop and parts

What we’re looking for in our Parts Advisor:

• Friendly, polite, and effective communication
• Computer literate, ideally with CDK/Keyloop experience
• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in a retail customer-focused environment
• Great organisational skills and ability to use your initiative
• Do what you say you will do
• Whilst not essential a technical background would be a benefit
