The task at hand: We are looking for a fantastic Partner Support Advisor to provide front line service to support our Partner Operations Help Desk which intern plays a vital role in the success of Onecom Partners.
As our Partner Support Advisor your responsibilities will include.
– Answering and responding to Partners via telephone or email
– Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm polite manner
– Completion of routine administrative duties
– Liaising with multiple departments to process orders, applications, and requests
– Monitor and report on business impacting issues relating to key accounts
– Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with irregularities as they arise
– Work on several tasks at once and prioritise own workload as operationally required
You’ll be great in this role if: You have previous experience within customer service with an empathetic approach and have excellent communication skills and an understanding of Microsoft packages. You will be an excellent communicator, with a positive outlook and self-motivation.
