Do you want 12 hours’ work a week? Could you help someone with a learning disability to become more independent?
We have a part-time vacancy supporting a young man with in the Warrington area for just four days a week, three hours a day. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 3 – 6 p.m.)
Perhaps you’re a student, or you have family responsibilities and are looking for some income?
About the role
This young man currently lives with his parents and needs support to get home from college and to take part in community activities.
You will be travelling with him on public transport in all weathers and supporting him to become more independent and more confident using the local bus routes. You could make a real difference in his life and his future potential.
About you
Experience is not necessary as we will provide a full induction and training. People join us from many different backgrounds – we’re simply looking for someone who has a warm, calm and encouraging manner. Already knowing your way around Warrington on public transport would be a big plus.

Salaries are dependent on successful completion of a probation period and relevant qualifications. Salary for this position is pro rata to the full-time rates above, and works out at £26,000per year.
